Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products

  • Personal care items that have been opened

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
